If you are considering any changes to your property, especially changes that would alter its outside appearance, you can avoid unnecessary delays and expense by first sharing your ideas with the Committee, and obtaining its approval.
Prior to making any improvements, alterations, modifications or other changes, all OWNERS are required to obtain written approval of the Architecture Committee. Architectural improvements/changes shall be deemed to include, but limited to, structures, fixtures, antennae, walls, fences, copings, awnings, sunshades and any and all other related matters.
It's easy to start the process. Complete and submit the ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE CONTACT FORM. Detailed plans, drawings, etc. are not required at this point. A member of the Committee will contact you and the process will continue from there. The current Architectural Committee chairperson is Don Greene.
